Our client a well established business with plans for continued growth are looking for an office administrator to join the team.
Learning the business from the ground up there is a set growth path in mind for the successful candidate.

Key responsibilities and day to day activities

Responsible for:
Performing a range of office tasks whilst working closely with both the Customer Service and Sales Teams.
- Customer orders - received phone/email/web
- Dealing with customer enquiries via email and telephone.
- Sales Support with quotations (word / pdf on email)

Tasks:
Tasks will include but not limited to;
Processing customer orders, client reports, customer reviews & sales admin.

Skills and Experience:
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Professional attitude on phone and email

This is a full time role 8.30am-5:00pm, our client provides on site parking and the opportunity to progress with a successful & established local company with 7 sites across the country.
